Released Value Protection

Released Value Protection

Under this option, Quality Pack & Load assumes liability for no more than 60 cents per pound per article while in Quality Pack & Load's custody. Any and all items under this protection plan need to be inventoried. The customer has the option to skip the inspection process but will void liability.

This plan is included on every move at no additional cost.

Full Value Protection

Full Value Protection

This is the more comprehensive plan. Under this plan, Quality Pack & Load is liable for the current market value of any damaged belongings during your move. If any of your personal property is damaged while in our custody, Quality Pack & Load will, at its discretion, offer to:

  • Repair the item
  • Replace it with a similar item
  • Make a cash settlement for the cost of the repair or the current market replacement value

Note that full value protection plan has a premium charge that will depend on the items and size of the move.
