I have used this moving company 3 times now and have always been impressed with the "quality" of their work. They definitely chose the right name for their business! They are truly professional movers, who know their business and train their employees well. I had them pack and move my entire home, which included an old heavy upright piano, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Their employees are thee best group of gentlemen too!

I highly recommend hiring these guys if you plan on moving. Cody lead the team that moved my wife, 2 year old daughter, and newly born son from Mandan to Bismarck and they did an amazing job. Not only was Cody super professional but he was hard working and had customer service that was above and beyond. The rest of the team worked quickly and efficiently. One of the owners, Rick, also made sure everything went smoothly and called us after the move to make sure we were satisfied. We couldn't be more thankful for businesses like these that make moving with the least amount of stress possible!

These guys are the absolute best movers I've ever hired! They are so accommodating and easy to work with. They moved my mom's grand piano with ease. So careful and conscientious, they handled everything like it was their own. I can't overstate how fantastic they are.

We used this company specifically to move our grand piano. They were very professional and worked like a well oiled machine. They communicated extremely well with each other as they moved the piano down our stairs. Everyone knew exactly what to do at all times. Moving a piano is no easy task! We just had our stuff unloaded by them today. I usually do not take the time to write reviews online as I dont feel obligated to. Today is an exception though. I feel that these guys deserve all the good reviews they can get. They are professional. Very polite from the time I called them to get a quote to unload our stuff as we have just relocated to Bismarck. I spoke with Roy and Rick on different occasions and both were nice and easy to talk to with regards to setting up the unloading date and manpower involved. They will work with your schedule as much as they can. In our case, I was worried that I may need to reschedule because I wasnt sure how long it will take for our stuff to be hauled to Bismarck. They said that they will work with any changes and this relieved my worry. Thankfully, i didnt have to resched as everything worked as planned. They called 15 mins before the scheduled time to inform that they were on the way. They unloaded our stuff from a 16 feet trailer to the third floor apartment in 1.5 hrs. We didnt have many heavy stuff but they didnt waste any time unloading. They work fast, and hard and were efficient. I am writing this review because I also want to let possible customers that you wont go wrong with these guys. I will surely wont hesitate doing business with them in the future!

Highly recommend! They were magicians at packing our overseas shipping container. Everything arrived in perfect condition including our SUV.

Moved my 92 yr. old mom from her home of 65 yrs. into assisted living apartment. Quality Pack & Load Movers were prompt, personable, and respectful toward whole family. Price was very reasonable, and worked until the job was completed-longer than estimated, as mom had "extras" to bring with her. We loved our two movers, and will definitely work with the company again. I recommend to all! I'm sorry I don't remember the name of our 2 workers, but they were very patient and pleasant-on a sunny, 98 degree afternoon!!

My mother and I were looking to rehome a couple of very important pianos. As most know, pianos are extremely heavy and bulky. We decided to hire a professional moving company and are very happy we chose Quality Pack and Load. Rick, Nate, and Zack showed up on time ready to work. One piano was my great great grandmothers and important to my mom. They packaged, loaded, and unloaded it with extreme ease and care. They made sure to protect all surfaces on the piano, door jams, and floors. They then completed the same process with the piano I grew up playing. They were professional, caring, and made quick work. We will recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy moving company. 5 stars!

My wife and I relocated to Bismarck from Savannah after I accepted a position at the Bismarck VA Outpatient Clinic. Booking was simple through Uhaul, and were called back in a matter of minutes to confirm our start time, labor requirement, and any site specific information. On the day of our unpack, our 3 person team showed up promptly on time, and after a quick walk through, got to work. I have moved many, many times, and worked with many moving companies, but this outfit goes above and beyond what is expected. They moved quickly, with a purpose, and took great care of our belongings and our new apartment.
